Le maître de l’accordéon-swing, interprète virtuose et compositeur magnifique, est ainsi remis à l’honneur dans la quintessence de son art.

This second volume devoted to Gus Viseur is indispensable as a complement to the record previously released by Frémeaux & Associés with recordings from the musician’s early career compiled by Didier Roussin.
In this new set, Dany Lallemand gives a new lease of life to 20 superb recordings made by Viseur between 1942 and 1952, and all of them are pieces which have hardly ever been available on CD until now.
As a master of accordion-swing, the virtuoso performer and composer Gus Viseur fully deserves his place in the Hall of Fame with these pieces representing the quintessence of his art.
